FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Are Instagram and Facebook recovery services legit?

Some are — real appeals specialists and attorneys recover accounts through official channels every week. But the field is dominated by fraud, and from the outside the two are indistinguishable. The reliable filter is payment structure: a legitimate provider will accept being paid only on verified restoration. A scammer demands money upfront and refuses escrow, because escrow leaves nothing to steal.

How does the escrow work?

You open a case naming the disabled account, the provider, and the amount. Your payment locks in escrow — visible to the provider, untouchable by anyone. Automated probes watch your account's public page. When it is verifiably live for 7 consecutive days, payment releases: the provider's share to them, the platform fee retained. Every step is recorded in a tamper-evident case file both parties can see.

What is the stability window?

The 7-consecutive-day verified-live requirement before payout. Any confirmed re-ban resets the clock to zero. A restoration that lasts 48 hours pays nothing — which kills the classic scam of a briefly-restored account, and protects mass-reporting victims from the re-report wave that follows a comeback.

What if my account never comes back?

Then the condition is never met and the success payment never releases to the provider. We guarantee payment protection, not recovery: nobody can honestly guarantee Meta's decisions, and “guaranteed recovery” is itself a scam signal.

What does it cost?

A configurable platform fee — typically 5–15% of the case amount — deducted at release, on success only.

What protects the provider?

The money is locked before work begins, and if restoration is verified and no dispute is raised during the review window, funds auto-release. Honest providers cannot be ghosted. Genuine disputes resolve by 2-of-3 agreement among client, provider, and a neutral arbiter.

I was banned by a bot attack — mass reporting. Can this help?

Yes — it is a core use case, and the stability window was designed with re-report attacks in mind. See the mass-reporting guide. The full flow is available in Persian.
